Walk and Talk Therapy for Women in Dublin, Pa
If sitting face-to-face in an office feels a little too intense—or just not like you—walk and talk therapy offers a different way to do the work.
This approach combines traditional talk therapy with gentle movement outdoors. We walk side-by-side at a comfortable pace while you share, process, and explore what’s coming up for you.
Sometimes, moving your body makes it easier to access what’s been feeling stuck.
What is Walk & Talk Therapy?
Walk and talk therapy offers a different way to do the work—one that doesn’t require sitting still or making constant eye contact. By stepping outside and moving your body, therapy can feel more natural, more grounded, and sometimes even a little easier to step into. It creates space for thoughts and emotions to unfold in a way that feels less forced and more organic.
Why Walk and Talk therapy?
Being outside and in motion can:
Reduce feelings of anxiety and restlessness
Make it easier to open up (less pressure than direct eye contact)
Support emotional processing through movement
Help you feel more grounded and present
Add a sense of ease to deeper conversations
For many people, it just feels more natural.

That said, we’ll always go at your pace and decide together if this format feels supportive for you.

Yes and no. Do to being outside there could be others near by. I have chosen a less populated walking route and outdoor space for us to be in, but cannot guarantee that as it is warmer out there would be no one else there.
