My supervision style integrates psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches, and is enriched by my training in EMDR as well as my use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic-informed practices. I emphasize self-awareness, cultural humility, and the importance of the therapist’s inner experience in clinical work.

  • I bring over five years of experience working in community mental health and an additional 1.5 years in private practice, providing therapy to diverse adult populations. My clinical focus includes supporting individuals navigating PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, and mood disorders. I specialize in working with adults using a holistic and integrative approach that draws from art therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, and EMDR. These modalities inform both my clinical work and the lens I bring to supervision—helping supervisees deepen their understanding of trauma-informed care, creative expression, and body-based healing practices.

  • Supervisees are expected to actively participate in sessions, bring cases for discussion, and engage with feedback in a reflective and professional manner. A commitment to ethical practice, self-awareness, and ongoing growth is essential, along with maintaining appropriate documentation and understanding licensure requirements. Supervisees should uphold confidentiality, communicate clearly and consistently, and take responsibility for tracking supervision hours and submitting necessary forms for review.

  • Individual clinical supervision is offered at a rate of $60 per one-hour session. I strive to keep supervision accessible while maintaining a high standard of support and guidance.
