Supporting Your Growth as a Therapist
Whether you're working toward your LPC or ATR credentials, clinical supervision is a vital part of your professional journey. I offer thoughtful, ethically grounded, and creatively informed supervision for pre-licensed counselors and art therapists who are seeking licensure in Pennsylvania.

“Supervision is not just about getting hours — it’s about growing into the therapist you are meant to be.”
My Approach
As a supervisor, I am committed to creating a safe, reflective, and collaborative environment where you can:
Deepen your clinical skills and professional identity
Explore challenging cases with confidence
Receive guidance on ethical decision-making
Strengthen your understanding of theories and modalities
Process the emotional impact of clinical work
Incorporate creative and expressive techniques (optional, based on your interest)
My supervision style integrates psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches, and is enriched by my training in EMDR as well as my use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic-informed practices. I emphasize self-awareness, cultural humility, and the importance of the therapist’s inner experience in clinical work.
FAQs

I bring over five years of experience working in community mental health and an additional 1.5 years in private practice, providing therapy to diverse adult populations. My clinical focus includes supporting individuals navigating PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, and mood disorders. I specialize in working with adults using a holistic and integrative approach that draws from art therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, and EMDR. These modalities inform both my clinical work and the lens I bring to supervision—helping supervisees deepen their understanding of trauma-informed care, creative expression, and body-based healing practices.

Supervisees are expected to actively participate in sessions, bring cases for discussion, and engage with feedback in a reflective and professional manner. A commitment to ethical practice, self-awareness, and ongoing growth is essential, along with maintaining appropriate documentation and understanding licensure requirements. Supervisees should uphold confidentiality, communicate clearly and consistently, and take responsibility for tracking supervision hours and submitting necessary forms for review.
