Individual Therapy

Individual therapy with us might be the right for you if:

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

EMDR therapy might be right for you if:

  1. You have experienced a single traumatic event (I.e. car accident or death) or a series of negative experiences (I.e. abuse or neglect) and are ready to live a life where they are not impacting your daily functioning.
