A Different Kind of Therapy for Women in Dublin, PA
Talking about it hasn't been enough, and that doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. Some things live in the body and beneath words. That's why my work at Creative Path to Healing blends art therapy, EMDR, and IFS- and somatic-informed approaches, using creativity when traditional talk therapy isn't enough.
If you're a woman in Dublin, PA or anywhere in Pennsylvania who is tired of just coping, I offer 1:1 therapy and intensives designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
A Supportive Pace: You set the speed. Nothing is rushed or forced.
A Safe Space: Welcoming and non-judgmental, so you can show up as you are.
Creativity When Words Aren't Enough: Art and body-based work reach what talking alone can't.
Reconnecting With Yourself: Go beyond managing symptoms and get to know yourself again.
Areas of Focus
Therapy can help you understand and move through the patterns and experiences shaping your life. If any of these feel familiar, you may be in the right place.
Trauma
Childhood experiences can shape how you see yourself and relate to others long after they're over, even when you can't point to one big event. Through EMDR, art therapy, and IFS- and somatic-informed work, I help you process what you've carried so it stops running the show.
Anxiety
Your mind rarely slows down. You overthink, stay on high alert, and find it hard to relax, even when things look fine on the outside. Therapy can help you understand where the anxiety comes from and calm your nervous system, not just manage the thoughts.
People-Pleasing
You're the one everyone counts on, and saying no or asking for what you need feels uncomfortable or even unsafe. Together, we explore where these patterns began and help you build a relationship with yourself that doesn't depend on keeping everyone else happy.
Perfectionism
No matter how much you do, it never feels like enough, and your inner critic is always watching. Therapy can help you understand what perfectionism has been protecting you from and make room for a gentler, more sustainable way of showing up.
Two Paths to Healing
You don't need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out. Some women want steady, ongoing therapy. Others are ready for a more focused, immersive experience. Either way, we'll talk through where you are right now and decide together what makes sense.
Weekly 55-minute therapy sessions for women who want steady, consistent support. Using art therapy, EMDR, and IFS- and somatic-informed approaches, we move at a pace that feels supportive as you build understanding, safety, and lasting change over time.
A more focused, immersive experience for women who are ready to go deeper in less time. Instead of weekly sessions, we set aside extended time to work through core patterns and experiences with fewer interruptions.
Best for: women who feel stuck, know their patterns, and want more concentrated momentum.
Meet Gabby LPC, ATR-BC
If you're the one everyone leans on, I get how rare it is to have a space that's only for you. I'm Gabby, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist working with women in Dublin, PA and across Pennsylvania. This work is so important to me because I know what it's like to live with anxiety and past experiences running the show. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, not pushed, and that creativity can reach what words alone can't. With me, you'll find a gentle, collaborative space where you set the pace.
