Slow Down, Go Deeper, Leave Lighter

The Deeper Path offers space to slow down and really explore what’s underneath the patterns, emotions, and experiences that brought you to therapy. With extended sessions and optional creative practices, therapy can become more than just talking, it can be a space to connect, process, and create lasting change.

WHERE HEALING HAS ROOM TO UNFOLD •

For the Woman Who Knows There’s More

The Deeper Path is an investment in yourself and the work you’re ready to do. Your intensive is shaped around your needs, with dedicated time to slow down, create space, and work through what’s been weighing on you. There’s no exact timeline for healing, and you don’t have to navigate the process alone. Thoughtful preparation, support between sessions, and integration afterward are all part of creating a more contained and intentional experience.

You may be ready for The Deeper Path if you’re looking to:

Work through the impact of childhood trauma and experiences that still shape how you move through the world

Build a life that feels less ruled by anxiety

Go deeper than what feels possible in traditional 50-minute sessions

Break out of the cycle of starting, stopping, and feeling like you’re always beginning again

Reconnect with yourself and understand the different parts of you that have learned to survive

Do meaningful work without needing to be in a place of crisis or urgency

Invest in yourself and create space for the work to unfold at a pace that feels intentional

Get to Know the Person Walking Alongside You

I became a therapist because I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and I love how bringing creativity and art into therapy can open up new ways of understanding and exploring what you’re carrying with you. I created The Deeper Path for those who are ready to take their therapy further—to have more time, space, and personalized care for the work they’re ready to do.

I believe healing takes time and cannot be rushed, and that meaningful healing happens in the company of people we feel safe and secure with. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I want you to feel supported, cared for, and free from judgment or the pressure to be the “perfect” client, while also knowing I’ll gently challenge and support you in the ways your healing needs.

Go Deeper, With Intention

The Deeper Path is a focused therapy experience that moves beyond the traditional 50-minute session, creating more space to do deeper work with intention. Over a few hours to a few days, we can focus on specific experiences or patterns using EMDR, with the option to incorporate art and creative exploration.

STEP 1: BEFORE

Prepare

We’ll begin with a complimentary consultation to answer your questions and make sure The Deeper Path feels like the right fit. From there, a 90-minute pre-intensive session will help us build resources, get grounded, and create your personalized plan.

STEP 2: DURING

Go Deeper

We’ll use EMDR to focus on the experiences and patterns you’re ready to work through. If you choose the creative path, we’ll also incorporate an El Duende art directive to support reflection and processing.

STEP 3: AFTER

Integrate

Two to four weeks later, we’ll meet for a 90-minute integration session to reflect on what has shifted, what you’ve noticed, and what you need next—whether that’s another intensive, continued therapy, or support finding ongoing care.

Healing That Honors the Whole You

The Deeper Path brings together EMDR, IFS/Parts Work, somatic therapy, and art therapy to support your whole experience—mind, body, and the parts of you shaped by what you’ve experienced or what you may have needed but didn’t receive.

We move through the EMDR process while weaving in these approaches as needed, slowing down to create safety and space for meaningful healing.

A Deeper Investment in You

The Deeper Path is designed to give you dedicated time, personalized care, and space to focus on the work that matters most to you. Each experience includes thoughtful support before, during, and after your intensive, so you’re not simply showing up for a longer therapy session. You’re creating intentional space for yourself and the work you’re ready to do.

Your Space to Slow Down

The Deeper Path is a space that feels less like walking into a therapist’s office and more like settling into a cozy living room where you can finally exhale. Take your shoes off, grab a blanket, curl up with a pillow or fidget, and make yourself comfortable. The space is filled with thrifted finds, plants, books, handmade art, creative materials, and little reminders of inspiration, with soft lighting, favorite scents, snacks, and a giant window that lets the light in. Every detail is intentional. Created to help your mind and body feel a little more at ease while you do the deeper work.
